I was referred to Michael at Gulf Coast by my brother and super happy to have that referral! I had a downspout from my gutter become detached and gallons and gallons of water came into the lobby of my office building, into the walls and floor. I didnt realize this until we found that the carpet was wet so for a precaution, I called Michael to inspect. He immediately went to work! Lab inspections, containment area dehumidifier, air scrubbers, the works!! We still have to keep the business open and by the work of himself and his team he checked all the boxes to make sure that we continued to work in a safe environment. Then, the quality of the repair was, second to none! Sealing the wall, sheet rock, baseboards, paint, chair rail. The work and experience was incredible even though when you find that damage its scary to consider the effects and costs. Michael and Guld Coast are a 10 and check all the boxes!!! Thank you!
