I called Gulf Coast Mold to check my condo for mold since I was medically diagnosed with having mold in my body. Michael from GCM offered me several options for checking since I was not sure I had mold in my condo, and my condo showed no visible signs of mold. I chose to have my HVAC system and associated air checked first with the understanding that I may need additional testing performed at a later time. The entire process took under an hour and I got the results back the following day. I have minimal mold starting on my indoor AC unit, but my air quality is still good. Michael indicated no further testing was necessary. I feel Michael did a excellent job checking the basics for me. I also feel Gulf Coast Mold was honest, they did not try to get additional money through additional testing or remediation offers.
